In this introductory session of our webinar series “PRO around the globe,” Dr. Fritz Flanderka will share his knowledge on implementing PROs in EPR systems. He was involved in the set-up of the first global PRO and has since contributed to the development of several EPR regulations worldwide. Under Reclay, he is managing seven PROs around the world.

This session is essential for anyone involved in designing and implementing PROs within EPR frameworks. Dr. Fritz Flanderka will address the following key questions:

From a governmental perspective: What legal requirements are needed to ensure that PROs can and will establish effective and sustainable waste management systems?
